At your work place and through your usual channel of donating, please designate Maria Tiberi Foundation as your United Way organization. The funds you designate will be used to support our mission of eliminating distracted driving.

The Maria Tiberi Foundation (Tax ID # 46-3814834) is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and contributions to the Foundation are deductible under IRS Code Section 170. The Foundation is also entitled to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers and gifts under IRS Code Sections 2055, 2106, and 2522. The IRS letter making this determination is available to donors and foundations upon request.
